1/2 | cup | plain yogurt | |

1/4 | cup | salted pistachio nuts, chopped | |

1 | teaspoon | dried dill weed | |

4 | lettuce leaves | ||

8 | slices | whole wheat bread | |

8 | ounces | cooked turkey breast, sliced | |
|
Combine yogurt, pistachio nuts and dill in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
To serve, place 1 lettuce leaf on 1 bread slice; top with 2 ounces turkey and top with another bread slice. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
